Wellness Wednesday: Hot Water

As you may know, I’m a huge fan of hot drinks in the winter. Blueberry green tea is my personal favorite.

But did you know that the best thing for an impending cold may be just plain hot water? According to Ayurveda, sipping hot water throughout the day helps stimulate & hydrate your lymphatic system without distracting your body with other ingredients it needs to metabolize.

Plus, a little warmth on a cold day never hurt anyone. Try it next time your body needs a little TLC, it’s worth it!
