As I rode my bike home from ukulele lessons tonight [yep, you read that right, I’m learning to play my little pink birthday present], my ears began to ache from the sharp chill in the air. It’s not quite winter weather yet, but it’s certainly the kind of weather that causes your nose to run. So why not boost your immune system with a yummy dose of vitamin C?
Ingredients [adapted from Oh She Glows]
1 large banana, frozen
1/2 avocado, peeled
2-3 clementines, peeled & seperated
1/2 can coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
optional: 1-2 dates, pitted & chopped
Place all ingredients in blender & process until smooth & creamy. Enjoy.
