Water Week, Day 4 Recap: Building Healthy Habits


It’s amazing how quickly repetition can form a habit.

After only 4 days of hourly hydration, I rarely even need to watch the clock anymore. I find that my body tells me when to drink next, craving water at the appropriate times of day.
